Responsibilities:

Implementation of procedures to adjust and verify the performance of high-end measurement devices applying knowledge and experience with RF/optical measurements. This includes defining and implementing test setups/stations, concepts, test procedures.

Test Software Implementation: Automation of test procedures in an in-house, C# based test platform environment.

Support R&D in design for testability

Support R&D in automatized characterization of key components and early prototypes

Validation of verification and adjustments procedures.

Technical Expertise: Give advice to management on strategies regarding RF/optical metrology.

Operational Excellence: Ensure implementation of test processes is suitable for a production environment.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for the test procedures.

Communication: Interface and collaboration with international teams in R&D and manufacturing.
Qualifications:
Solid, preferably advanced knowledge in multiple of the following topics.

Analog RF

Communication Systems

Signal Processing

Optical Communication

RF Time Domain Measurements

RF Frequency Domain Measurements

Analog/ Digital RF high-speed measurements

Analog Circuits
It is expected to work hands-on with prototypes and measurement setups.

Feel comfortable in implementing test procedures in an in-house, C# based test platform environment.

Experience in data analysis using for example Excel, Matlab, or appropriate software libraries.

Willingness to take ownership.
