What you'll do
-
You will provide organizational, administrative, and operational support to our sales team in their day-to-day operations.

You will ensure that sales processes run efficiently so that our sales representatives can focus on customer service and sales.

You will review incoming orders from existing customers and partners for completeness and accuracy.

You will ensure that orders are accurately entered into the ERP and CRM systems.

You will maintain customer, pricing, and contract data and update master data as needed. You will be responsible for implementing a structured reorder process for ongoing contracts, thereby making a significant contribution to securing revenue.

You will develop a clear documentation process for quote reorders to ensure that sales-related information is available at all times.
What you'll need

Completed business apprenticeship or degree in economics or business administration

Experience in inside sales, order processing, or sales support

Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Excellent organizational skills

Strong customer and service orientation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

High degree of initiative, team spirit, and a structured approach to work

Business-level proficiency in German and English
