Your tasks:
Active promotion of corporate parties, team-building events, summer festivals, and holiday events
Development of partnership models with companies, associations, tour operators, and platforms
Creating and tracking quotes for online portals, corporate clients, and groups
Marketing of exclusive park rentals (partial or full rentals)
Booking of events in the event tent (weddings, club parties, anniversaries, conferences)
We cater to groups and events of all sizes (20 to 8,000 people)
Development of programs for preschools, schools, clubs, and social service organizations
Development of themed events and seasonal promotional formats
Expansion of premium event formats in the amusement park sector
Personal consultation for prospective clients (by phone, email, or in person)
Close coordination with Food and Beverage, Technology, Marketing, and Operations
Maintenance of CRM data, quote summaries, and sales statistics

What you bring with you:
Experience in (event) sales, tourism, the hospitality industry, or the leisure and events sector
Enjoyment of active sales, networking, and customer interaction
Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a focus on results
Enjoying the process of tailoring offers to individual needs rather than offering "off-the-shelf" solutions
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Willingness to work occasional evening or weekend shifts for events
