Handling guest complaints at the highest level

Maintaining positive relationships with both guests and colleagues

Providing information about the hotel, the city, and the surrounding area

Ensuring cleanliness and order in the entrance area

Close cooperation with all hotel departments
COULD THIS BE YOU?

Previous experience as a bellman or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel

A strong host mentality with confident and professional demeanor

Good German and English language skills

Flexibility and a high level of commitment

Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
