The opportunity
An established global technology services firm is seeking a Europe Business Leader to drive its next phase of growth. Based at the German headquarters, this executive will hold full P&L responsibility for the European business and lead the scaling of the entire European organisation.
This is a senior leadership appointment for an influential, commercially sharp and people-centric executive with the presence to operate at board level and the market instinct to spot where clients need help and act on it.
The role
Reporting into group leadership, you will own the P&L across all horizontal service lines and vertical business units, covering both new logo sales and the growth of existing accounts. You will:
- Set and drive the overall go-to-market strategy for Europe.
- Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leaders in target accounts.
- Build, lead and empower a high-performance team, acting as a visible and accessible leader.
- Track market dynamics to shape strategy, from segmentation and new propositions to build-versus-buy (M&A) decisions.
- Strengthen the company's competitive positioning, including analyst and advisor evaluations and market reports.
- Refine internal processes, forecasting discipline, account planning and pipeline conversion.
What you will bring
- Significant technology services experience, with exposure across diverse service lines and vertical markets.
- General management experience at scale (US$100m+) within Europe.
- A track record of consistently leading high-growth business units, regions or companies year on year.
- A history of building people and capability within a high-growth environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive presence, with the ability to work effectively in a consensus-driven, matrix organisation and navigate across cultures.
- Graduate business qualification essential; MBA from a leading institution preferred.
