We are looking for candidates with different key profiles:

Professional experience in handling international procurement processes, esp. in the application of Procurement Guidelines and Standard Bidding Documents of international donor organizations, preferably in the education sector
OR
In addition, all candidates shall
be experienced with international donor-funded projects
have professional experience in francophone Africa
be fluent in English and French
