As a Platform Projects Lead Delta4000 (m/f/d), you ensure the effective planning, prioritization, and execution of platform-related projects across the product lifecycle. The role contributes to maximizing business value through efficient resource allocation, portfolio transparency, and alignment with platform strategy. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to support successful delivery across a complex project environment.
YOUR TASKS
Coordinate and support the successful delivery of the Platform Project portfolio in line with platform strategy and business priorities
Review project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to maintain transparency across all Platform Projects
Drive the resolution of cross-project conflicts and delivery bottlenecks impacting project execution
Support the prioritization of platform initiatives based on strategic objectives, business impact, and resource availability
Ensure effective allocation of platform-level resources across multiple projects and stakeholders
Contribute to portfolio governance by supporting project decisions and ensuring clear documentation and communication
Monitor portfolio performance and continuously optimize the Platform Project landscape to improve delivery outcomes
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in planning, implementing, and managing complex projects
Experience within the wind energy industry and understanding of product development environments
Strong knowledge of platform-based development and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented approach
Excellent English communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, multi-project environments
