As our Team Lead Retention & Upgrade, you will drive customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value across our international markets. You will lead a cross-functional team and use data-driven insights to develop lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Your responsibilities include:

Lead and develop a cross-functional Retention & Upgrade team.

Own and optimize the customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and upgrades.

Design and execute omnichannel lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys.

Drive retention, reactivation, and upgrade initiatives that increase customer engagement and lifetime value.

Develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavioral and transactional data.

Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as retention, churn, reactivation, upgrade conversion, and CLV.

Lead lifecycle testing and continuous optimization through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.

Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and commercial performance.

Support the International Head of Marketing in executing growth initiatives and strategic projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention Marketing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.

Proven ability to translate customer and performance data into commercial results.

Commercially driven, analytical, and customer-focused.

Experience leading or coaching teams is a strong advantage.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
-
Experience within financial services, fintech, or a regulated environment is a plus.

Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
