For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for an Intern in Human Resources (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).
Responsibilities:
Help create and maintain HR-related documents
Keep personnel records accurate and files well organized
Assist with reports on personnel data and organizational information
Support internal communication with stakeholders and subsidiaries
Aid recruitment activities and related administration
Prepare and provide status updates, summaries, or basic reports
Support continuous improvement of workflows and task execution
Assist in researching labor law precedents and relevant legal references
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
Reliable team player with a strong sense of confidentiality; previous HR experience is an advantage
Business‑level fluency in German and English; Korean language skills are a plus
Confident user of MS Office applications
High attention to detail and accuracy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Structured, self‑dependent, solution‑oriented, and precise working style
