This is a remote position.
The Operation’s department has different projects that are ongoing at any point in time. For this reason, the HR Officer will use its organizational skills to manage and offer support in the different projects and related reports. He/She will be able to work individually and in a team, be able to manage time effectively and work closely to meet the goals for the department and the company. The HR Officer will support the HR Coordinator to ensure back-up support on processes to offer a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees and ensure that the organization’s HR policies, processes, and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible.

Assure all new employees paper works and processes are in place.

Time Doctor Audit and reports to immediate supervisors.
Assist on Performance review and terminations processes
Answer employee requests and questions
Support HR Coordinator with ongoing daily activities.
