We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and structured Finance Assistant to support Winglet’s financial administration, reporting preparation, payment coordination, and internal organizational processes.
In this role, you will help ensure that our financial and administrative workflows run accurately and reliably behind the scenes. You will work closely with the founders and external accounting partners, supporting the operational backbone of a fast-moving international company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, brings structure into financial processes, and handles confidential information with care, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support recurring financial reporting and management overviews
- Track invoices, incoming payments, outgoing payments, and transaction flows
- Support liquidity tracking, invoice reconciliation, and financial documentation
- Coordinate bookkeeping preparation and communication with external accounting and tax partners
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, financial summaries, and internal documentation
- Support administrative workflows related to online shop transactions, registrations, and payments
- Support contract administration and organizational finance processes
- Help improve financial and administrative workflows, structures, and documentation over time
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality across all finance-related tasks
- Act as a trusted support function for the founders and internal team on recurring financial and administrative topics
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping support, office management, or similar administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and a highly reliable working style
- Confidence working with Excel, Google Sheets, and financial overviews
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on recurring tasks
- Strong sense of discretion and responsibility when handling confidential information
- Clear and responsive communication style
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in administrative processes
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
