Your Responsibilities:

Full ownership of a defined product portfolio within GARDENA’s Amazon Europe Vendor business (EU10) – including revenue, profitability, and investments

Acting as the commercial owner for your categories, driving sustainable growth and actively steering margin, pricing, and investments in a highly competitive Amazon environment

Leading end-to-end go-to-market strategies – from assortment planning and product launches to lifecycle and phase-out management

Identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across marketplaces and categories within Amazon

Steering promotions, deal events, and seasonal campaigns for your portfolio across all European marketplaces

Driving continuous improvement of content, visibility, and conversion performance
How we work (Team Setup):

You are part of a team of Key Account Managers, each owning a defined product portfolio

While ownership is clearly split by category, Amazon is managed centrally as one customer

Strategic discussions, negotiations, and key meetings with Amazon are led jointly as a team, ensuring one consistent GARDENA approach

Close alignment within the team is critical to balance growth, profitability, and investment decisions across categories

You collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to deliver end-to-end results
Your Profile:
Must have:
- Several years of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor business

Proven track record in commercial ownership (revenue + profitability) and negotiations with Amazon

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear commercial actions

Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
-
Fluent in English required, German is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience in Powered Garden / seasonal or durable goods business

Exposure to pan-European Amazon setups (EU10)

Understanding of supply chain / demand planning / Amazon operational models
Ideal:
- Experience working directly at Amazon (Vendor Manager / AVS / Brand Specialist)

Experience managing a category or portfolio with clear accountability for revenue, profitability, and commercial steering levers (pricing, investments, promotions)

Strong track record in driving growth in complex, dynamic environments
