The HR Specialist works closely with the HR Manager and the HR Advisor and provides a wide range of HR support for entities in Germany and Switzerland. This includes handling of payroll and social security topics in cooperation with external partners, day-to-day administrative tasks and various HR projects, etc.
This position will be located in Langenfeld, Germany.
- Preparing our payroll and benefits in coordination with external payroll providers
- Various HR administration tasks including pension, social security, accident/illness insurance and benefits
- Preparation of year-end declarations and verification of shadow payroll
- First point of contact for local authorities
- Managing the whole personnel administration lifecycle from A – Z including On- and Offboarding, processing invoices, managing data by using various systems and portals
- Work time and absence administration
- Documentation and optimization of HR processes
- Participation in projects and general support for the HR Manager / HR Advisor
- Commercial degree or similar educational background
- Further education in the related HR fields or Payroll knowledge are beneficial
- HR professional with a minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience, ideally in a multinational company
- Knowledge in German and Swiss labour law is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written in German and English
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), especially in Excel
- Flexible, adaptable and highly service-oriented with pronounced customer-service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure
- Highly discreet and well organized with attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
