Your Tasks
- you support the management of the demand-oriented determination of HR-related key figures for our companies, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg

you will create reports, ad-hoc analyses and statistics

Your Qualifications

Business studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or controlling

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of HR management and ERP systems (ideally SAP) desirable

Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
