1.Fully oversee the group’s shipping/engineering logistics operations and team management. Develop and execute business strategies aligned with group guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and profitability, establishing industry-leading competitive and sustainable advantages.
2.Continuously expand premium client and project portfolios, secure high-quality upstream/downstream resources, and guide business units to exceed annual plans while elevating brand influence and ecosystem development.
3.Strengthen the team’s core capabilities by nurturing high-potential talent and significantly improving the professional competencies of the talent pipeline.
4.Identify high-quality M&A and MW+ ecosystem partnership opportunities to drive synergistic growth and competitive consolidation.
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
2.10+ years of experience in equivalent roles, including at least 3 years in sales management. Prior experience managing 100+ member teams is preferred.
3.Extensive logistics supplier network and industry connections, with in-depth understanding of air/rail/shipping engineering logistics market dynamics, business models, and talent landscapes. Experience leading large-scale projects to successful completion is preferred.
4.Decisive leadership with proven expertise in supplier and key account development, strong budgeting/forecasting skills, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and a track record of project execution excellence.
