Your Responsibilities
- You welcome, advise, and take care of our clients.
- You perform our 30–45-minute skin treatments.
- You work with digital skin analysis, LED, and advanced cosmetic devices.
- You recommend suitable products and skincare routines for your clients.
- You support our clients long-term as part of our membership model.
- You help ensure a clean, well-maintained studio and a welcoming atmosphere.
- You support the day-to-day studio operations and contribute your own ideas.

We combine cosmetic expertise with modern technology and regular facial treatments such as Aquafacial and Microneedling. Our clients visit us every 28 days, making professional skincare a routine that lasts.
You’ll Receive Full Training
You don’t need to know everything from day one. We train you in our treatments, devices, digital skin analysis, and LED. You’ll start with hands-on support and gradually take on your own clients.
Grow With Us
You’ll become part of an ambitious team and have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally – from Skin Coach to Senior Skin Coach or Studio Lead.
Help Shape TEO SKIN From the Start
As one of our first team members, you’ll work closely with the founding team and help build TEO SKIN in Berlin.
Fair Compensation
Starting from €2,600 gross per month for a full-time position, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Your Workplace
Our first TEO SKIN studio is located directly at Rosenthaler Platz. We are currently building our second studio in Prenzlauer Berg with up to four treatment beds, with the opening planned for the end of October this year. That’s exactly why we’re looking for you.

What You Bring
- Completed professional training as a beautician / cosmetologist.
- Initial or several years of professional experience are a plus.
- A genuine interest in skincare, consultation, and treatments.
- Interest in modern technology and advanced cosmetic treatments.
- A friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
- You speak English fluently - German is a plus.
- Flexibility and consideration for the needs of your team.
Experience with advanced cosmetic devices is a plus, but not a requirement. We also welcome applications if you come from a cosmetic studio, spa, beauty retail environment, or dermatology practice.
