For our Großkugel site we are looking for an experienced IT professional to strengthen our IT operations on the ground, coordinate support and infrastructure topics, and work closely with the Head of IT. In this role you are a key interface between IT management, the support team, business units and external service providers. You take day-to-day workload off the Head of IT, support budget preparation, license, hardware and infrastructure planning, and roll up your sleeves in 1st- and 2nd-level support when needed. This position is a good fit if you want to take on technical responsibility, enjoy coordinating, and still like to stay hands-on.
