The Role
This is a high-impact position for someone who knows the German and DACH digital advertising market from the inside. You'll own the full sales cycle, build a serious pipeline, and develop trusted relationships with the decision-makers who matter in this market. You'll also be the voice of the region internally, bringing market intelligence that shapes our strategy and product direction.
Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle across DACH, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and close

Build, manage, and grow a high-quality pipeline, including lead generation, prioritization, and accurate forecasting

Develop trusted relationships with publishers, SSPs, platforms, and media companies across the region

Translate GeoEdge's global value proposition into localized narratives that resonate with the German market

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive long-term client growth

Feed regional market insights back into the business to inform strategy and product direction

Represent GeoEdge at key industry events across Europe
Requirements
-
4+ years of B2B sales experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with a strong track record in DACH
-
A genuine, established network across publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and media platforms in Germany

Proven ability to own and close complex, consultative deals with senior stakeholders

Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets

Native or fluent German and English, written and spoken

Self-directed and comfortable owning a region independently
Strong Advantages
