We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to support our cosmetic R&D and formulation work. This is a hands-on learning opportunity inside a small, ambitious startup environment where you will actively contribute to real product development.

Your Responsibilities
During the internship, you will support and learn across multiple stages of cosmetic product development:
- Assisting in the formulation of skincare products (serums, creams, and washing products)
- Supporting stability testing and basic performance evaluations
- Participating in texture and sensory assessments
- Researching cosmetic raw materials, actives, and functional ingredients
- Documenting formulation work and test results
- Preparing lab samples for internal and external testing
- Supporting ingredient transparency and claim documentation
This is not an observation-only role — you will gain practical exposure to real formulation workflows.
Your Profile
We are looking for currently enrolled Bachelor/Master students (Mandatory internship) in:
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Pharmacy
- Cosmetic Science
- or a related scientific field
You should ideally bring:
- Initial laboratory experience (university lab courses, projects, or formulation practice)
- Strong interest in cosmetic science and skincare ingredients
- Careful, structured, and hygiene-conscious lab working style
- Good written and spoken English (C1+) and German at B1/B2 level
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week during the internship period
- Motivation to work in a startup environment where flexibility and initiative are valued
