Optimize production line processes, including the evaluation and introduction of new automation technologies and equipment.

Install, adapt and validate the performance of standard and non-standard automation equipment in production environments.

Maintain automation line equipment, including parameter configuration and performance optimization. (Dispensing equipment, screw driver, carrier, testing fixture, etc.)

Analyze equipment faults and production deviations, define corrective measures and drive sustainable improvements in yield and production capacity.

Handle technical emergencies related to automation equipment to minimize downtime and production impact.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers on automation-related topics.

Completed vocational training or university studies in automation engineering, mechatronics, electronics, computer science or a comparable technical field.

Professional experience in factory automation and automotive electronics.

Solid practical knowledge of automation equipment, including installation, operation, maintenance and performance optimization.

Good understanding of automation processes, well known equipment structure, work principle.

Strong analytical skills to identify equipment faults, assess root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Hands-on, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high level of responsibility.

Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

English skills sufficient for communication in an international manufacturing environment.
