During your training as an IT Systems Management Specialist, you’ll learn how technical solutions and business processes work together effectively. You’ll support our team with organizational, technical, and customer-related tasks and gain exciting insights into the world of modern IT systems.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and organization of IT projects
- Helping to support and advise customers
- Assisting with proposal preparation, order processing, and documentation
- Analyzing customer requirements and helping to develop suitable solutions
- Gaining insights into purchasing, sales, and project management
- Collaborating with our development and technical teams
- Gaining insights into the planning, implementation, and testing of new features
- Helping to develop and refine our software solutions
Your qualification
What you bring to the table:
- An interest in IT, technology, and business processes
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
- Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- A high school diploma (Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur, Abitur or equivalent)
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems or software
- Interest in project management or customer service
- Good German and English skills
- Basic experience with Office applications or ERP/CRM systems
