Requirements
- Degree or commercial qualification with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least five years of recruitment or staffing experience.
- Experience recruiting specialists and warehouse employees.
- Strong Active Sourcing skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Independent and structured working style.
- Hands-on mentality.
- German C1 and English B2.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for the Ochtrup location.
- Recruit qualified professionals and leadership profiles.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through Active Sourcing and creative recruiting campaigns.
- Build long-term talent pipelines.
- Guide candidates from first contact through contract signing.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and employer branding together with the team.
