HyperHeat is building electric high-temperature heating systems to replace fossil burners in the most demanding industrial processes, transforming an industry responsible for roughly 20% of global CO₂ emissions. We are at a point where it is about making hard technology work in real plants, under real economic constraints.

HyperHeat GmbH, founded in 2023 in Offenburg, develops electric high-temperature heating solutions for energy-intensive industries. Its all-electric gas and radiant heaters reach 2,000 °C with 98% efficiency and over ten years lifetime, enabled by proprietary ceramic technology. Hybrid concepts with natural gas already provide competitive advantages and allow stepwise furnace electrification. Together with partners, HyperHeat scales its technology to the MW level to accelerate industrial decarbonization.
