The Sales Director Benelux is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding Rovema’s market presence across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This role provides strategic leadership to the regional sales organization, with a primary focus on the sale of new packaging equipment, including both stand-alone machines and turnkey packaging lines. In addition, the Sales Director supports the commercialization of second-life solutions, such as retrofitted packaging systems.
Key priorities include strategic account development, pipeline generation, and the consistent execution of commercial excellence initiatives.
The Sales Director translates global strategy into effective regional execution, builds and leads a high-performing sales team, and further strengthens Rovema’s positioning as a premium provider of packaging solutions.
