- Sprachgenie: Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch (mind. B1-Niveau).
- Schichtbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im wöchentlichen Wechsel (Frühschicht: 05:35 – 14:25 Uhr | Spätschicht: 14:25 – 23:15 Uhr) sowie zur Samstagsarbeit.

- Preparation: Prepare the wrapped present boxes seamlessly for final packaging and dispatch.
- Mindset: High sensitivity, precision, and responsible handling of luxury products, combined with strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
- Languages: Conversational skills in either German or English (B1 level minimum).
- Shift Work: Willingness to work weekly rotating shifts (Early shift: 5:35 am – 2:25 pm | Late shift: 2:25 pm – 11:15 pm), including Saturdays.
- Vacation & Rest: Up to 32 days of holiday (depending on tenure, starting with 28 days).
