Chief of Berlin Hub– Key Responsibilities
The Retail Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that the store consistently represents the Lemmo brand at the highest standard. As the store serves primarily as a brand experience space rather than a traditional retail environment, the focus is on presentation, visitor experience, organization, and operational support.
Visitor Experience & Brand Representation
- Welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of the Lemmo brand.
- Maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and engaging store environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, partners, and customers.
- Ensure all product displays and brand materials are presented according to company standards.
Store Appearance & Maintenance
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the store at all times.
- Ensure all display bikes are clean, fully assembled, and presented in showroom condition.
- Regularly inspect the store space and identify any maintenance or presentation issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve store-related issues promptly.
Inventory & Goods Management
- Receive and inspect all incoming goods, bikes, and deliveries.
- Record and track all incoming items, clearly identifying their purpose (e.g., repair, workshop, marketing, sales team, events, or showroom use).
- Maintain accurate records of goods entering and leaving the store.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure items are distributed to the correct department.
Workshop Coordination
- Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate incoming and outgoing bikes.
- Ensure bikes arriving for repairs or servicing are properly logged and transferred to the workshop.
- Monitor repair status and assist with communication between visitors and the workshop when required.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation between the store and workshop functions.
Administration & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and maintain records of all store-related invoices and expenses.
- Submit monthly invoice and expense reports to the finance team within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to store operations, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Support basic administrative tasks required for the efficient operation of the store.
General Operations
- Monitor store supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
- Support company events, product launches, media visits, and community activities hosted at the store.
- Identify opportunities to improve visitor experience, store presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the store consistently reflects Lemmo's values, products, and brand identity.
