Support the Global HR team with administrative, organizational, and operational HR activities

Actively contribute to the recruiting process, from interview scheduling and coordination to supporting interviews and onboarding new working students and employees

Assist with international topics related to visas, work permits, and global mobility, while maintaining and ensuring the quality of employee and organizational data in HR systems

Contribute to international HR projects in areas such as recruiting, employer branding, talent management, and process optimization, while supporting the further development and documentation of HR processes and standards

Take ownership of smaller projects and independently manage defined areas of responsibility

Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business departments across our international locations

Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study

Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style

Reliable with a responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive data

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
