4PADEL Takes Care of the Full Process
As a 4PADEL trainer, you focus on coaching -we handle everything else.
From the moment a session is created to the moment it is completed, our team and systems manage the process end-to-end:
- Session setup: We create and configure your sessions in the system so they are ready for players to join
- Promotion: We market your sessions across our channels to ensure strong player attendance
- Payments: All billing and collection is handled by 4PADEL; you receive your agreed rate without chasing players
- Flexible scheduling: Your timetable is built around your availability; we adapt sessions to fit your hours

About 4PADEL
4PADEL is an established Padel operator in Germany with a regular player base, a busy tournament calendar, and an active social community. We have developed structured training packages that trainers can implement from day one, inside a club that is already running and growing.
Your Role
- Coach players across all levels: Deliver individual and group sessions for beginners through to competitive club players, using 4PADEL's ready-made training packages as your starting point.
- Run clinics, workshops & events: Support the club's event calendar with themed workshops, beginner introductions, and social play formats integrated into our tournament and events programme.
- Track and communicate player progress: Provide regular feedback to players, set development goals, and keep the club team informed — building a culture of improvement and long-term player retention.
- Contribute to the coaching programmeBring your own expertise to help evolve our curriculum over time, with room to develop new content and coaching formats as the academy grows.
- Be part of the team: Engage with the wider 4PADEL community — players, staff, and management — and contribute ideas beyond the court when opportunities arise.
What We Are Looking For
- Padel coaching certification recognised by FIP, RPP, or equivalent (e.g. DTB, DPV in Germany)
- Experience coaching padel in a club or academy setting at mixed levels
- Good communication skills in German and/or English
- Reliable, player-focused, and self-motivated
- Able and ready to work in Germany as a Freelancer

Pay: 25,00€ - 32,00€ per hour
