You cultivate and maintain cell lines and handle human and animal sample material

You execute and support recombinant protein production workflows, including expression experiments, process optimization, purification support, and QC preparation

You plan, prepare and conduct cell culture and biochemical experiments for client and internal research projects in the field of chemical biology and proteomics

You collaborate closely with scientists and cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines
-
You contribute to laboratory organization and take responsibility for specific instruments and workflows

You have a Technical Assitant Training (BTA or similar) or hold a B.Sc or M.Sc. degree in biology, biochemistry or related subject

You have solid hands-on experience in cell culture, biochemical methods, and laboratory-based experimental work; experience with proteomics workflows is a plus

You have experience in genetic engineering (GenTG) or are motivated to develop in this area; ideally, you qualify (or can qualify) as Project Leader (PL) or Biosafety Officer (BBS) under GenTSV.
