We're looking for an Inside Sales Agent (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Prepare customer contracts and ensure all customer data is complete and accurately maintained in our internal systems.
Support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist the Telesales team with day to day sales activities and administrative tasks.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Onboarding, to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and support operational excellence.
Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Back Office, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
A structured, reliable, and self driven approach to work with strong organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution oriented mindset.
Experience in the payments or financial services industry.
Knowledge of KYC processes or customer onboarding activities.
Experience working in a fast paced sales or operations environment.
