The position is temporary for 6 months.
Your Tasks
- Recording and documenting equipment subject to mandatory inspection

Assigning equipment to the relevant statutory inspections in accordance with the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) and the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV)

Selecting a certified company or a person qualified to carry out the inspection

Booking inspections in SAP and coordinating dates internally and externally

Efficient preparation of inspections to avoid prolonged downtime

Monitoring, coordinating and documenting the relevant inspections

Resolving defects and initiating necessary steps
Your Qualifications

Completed technical vocational training, technician qualification or equivalent

Good written and spoken German

Safety awareness and analytical skills

Confident handling of digital and written documentation

Reliability, initiative, consistency, flexibility

Solution-oriented thinking and a goal-oriented, quality- and cost-conscious approach to work

Confident use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
