Your Role You own the customer experience end-to-end. That means:
- Delivering service that matches the standard our customers expect from a luxury brand — fast, personal, flawless
- Advising customers on products and helping them find exactly what fits their home and taste
- Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a way that feels like genuine advice, not a sales pitch
- Coordinating deliveries and acting as the link between customers, logistics, and fulfilment so every order arrives smoothly
- Building and improving the processes, tools, and standards that make great service repeatable as we grow
- Lead one other person in customer service
What You Bring
- Fluent German (native) and strong English
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a premium, luxury, or high-touch environment
- A natural sense for when to advise and when to upsell
- Strong organisational skills; you keep many moving parts (and customers) on track without dropping any
- A proactive, ownership mindset - you fix problems before they reach the customer
