As a D365 F&O Consultant (m/f/d), you will join a newly established, diverse team dedicated to integrating our customers’ D365FO systems with the TecCom platform. Working collaboratively across Europe in an agile setting, you will help deliver seamless, future-ready solutions that create real value for our customers. Lead the implementation of our ISV solution, integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with the TecCom platform to support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes in the automotive aftermarket.
Manage and deliver customer projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer requirements, validate business processes and integrations, and design effective solutions aligned with TecAlliance standards.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle by supporting pre-sales activities, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing consulting expertise.
Resolve complex functional support cases and ensure the successful operation and continuous improvement of customer solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Development by contributing functional F&O expertise, refining requirements, and defining new product features and enhancements.
Several years of experience in technical consulting, project management or product implementation.
Very good functional knowledge of D365 F&O/SCM or AX, with focus on the following modules: Sales and Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management.
Knowledge of EDI or similar integrations is a plus.
Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments.
Demonstrated skill in handling difficult conversations and adapting communication style to diverse personalities while maintaining professionalism.
Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation capabilities to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Business fluent English language skills (B2 level or higher), further languages would be a plus.

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits
All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).
Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency/flexibility:
Hybrid Remote: we work mostly remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country; however we have regular onsite days depending on your location (we have several offices in Germany) and agreements within the team.
Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.
Vacation: 30 days a year.
