Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hamburg, Germany (On-site)
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and management summaries.
- Organize and document internal and external project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Support the delivery of multiple projects across the business, including marine operations, cable recovery campaigns, recycling infrastructure, and commercial initiatives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between operations, commercial, communication, sustainability, logistics, finance, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Report directly to COO and provide operational and administrative support to management across a wide range of business activities.
Your Profile
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, logistics, engineering, infrastructure, or related fields. Experience in the marine or submarine cable industry is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, with German proficiency considered an advantage. Bright personality with strong interpersonal skills and a positive sense of humour.
- Commercial: must have a strong commercial understanding.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project and MS Excel.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial and analytical thinker with a high level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Attitude: Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Approach: Enjoys developing new processes, improving existing ones, and contributing beyond formal responsibilities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for project and site activities.
