About Le Magasin
Le Magasin is building a tech-enabled co-retail marketplace that helps DTC and lifestyle brands launch into physical retail without long leases, heavy overhead, or traditional retail risk.
We operate two connected commercial platforms:
Co-Retail — curated physical retail activations for lifestyle, design, fashion, beauty, food, interiors, jewelry, media, accessories, and consumer brands.
Dry Bar F&B — our non-alcoholic hospitality, tasting, and brand activation platform for No & Low beverage brands, functional drinks, aperitifs, wines, beers, spirits alternatives, and corporate partners.
After launching in Berlin and completing partnership with Nordiska Kompaniet in Stockholm, and Bikini Berlin, Le Magasin has worked with 275+ DTC and lifestyle brands across retail, events, hospitality, and brand partnerships.
We are now building our DACH commercial pipeline and looking for a commercially proven operator to help lead the next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a founder-adjacent commercial role for someone who can help structure revenue from the ground up.
We already have a target account list, working pipeline, commercial materials, and market traction. Now we need a financially motivated, entrepreneurial Key Account Manager who can take ownership of outreach, move prospects through the funnel, close partnerships, and help turn the DACH opportunity into booked revenue.
This is not a passive account management role. It is a hunter/operator mandate for someone who understands that early-stage commercial work requires focus, persistence, strong judgment, and disciplined follow-through.
The role has meaningful upside for the right person: you will be selling into an active market, across two platforms, with commission potential tied directly to revenue closed.
What You Will Own
You will lead commercial outreach and conversion across the DACH region for both Le Magasin platforms:
1. Co-Retail Partnerships
You will target and close lifestyle brands across categories including:
- Accessories
- Cosmetics
- Fashion
- Food & Beverage
- Home & Interiors
- Jewelry
- Media
- Design-led consumer brands
- Lifestyle and culture brands
2. Dry Bar F&B Partnerships
You will target and close No & Low beverage and hospitality partners, including:
- Non-alcoholic spirits alternatives
- No & Low aperitifs, wines, beers, and cocktails
- Functional beverage brands
- Wellness-adjacent beverage brands
- Corporate partners for tastings, events, and hospitality activations
- Menu and brand activation partners
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the DACH sales pipeline across Co-Retail and Dry Bar F&B.
- Work from an existing target account list and active pipeline while also identifying new high-potential prospects.
- Lead proactive outbound via LinkedIn, email, warm introductions, events, and industry networks.
- Qualify prospects and determine fit across brand participation, corporate sponsorship, and Dry Bar F&B partnership opportunities.
- Run discovery calls and communicate Le Magasin’s commercial value proposition clearly.
- Prepare proposals, follow up with discipline, and move accounts toward signed agreements.
- Close brand participation fees, corporate sponsorships, Dry Bar F&B partnerships, and strategic commercial accounts.
- Maintain CRM discipline, including deal stage, next steps, forecast, expected value, and close probability.
- Provide weekly commercial updates to the founding team.
- Capture market feedback to help refine pricing, offer structure, sales materials, and category targeting.
- Manage key relationships commercially until they are ready to hand off to operations for onboarding and execution.
