Classical product management is broken in an AI-first world. Writing requirements and handing them off to engineering is a relic. At Alasco, you work differently as an AI Product Manager:
You build solutions with customers, prototype early, and learn through rapid feedback loops. You are neither pure strategist nor pure executor. You move at the speed of the technology, not the speed of a quarterly roadmap.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI experimentation, and go-to-market execution. It's a high-ownership, high-ambiguity position for someone who thrives when the rules are still being written.
Evaluate growth options strategically:
-
You analyze which AI-powered growth opportunities are genuinely relevant for Alasco - adjacent software, new process automation, AI-native workflows. You assess quickly where real potential lies and form concrete views that are decision-ready.
Validate fast, build in parallel:
-
You don't work sequentially. While evaluating one option, you're already driving productization of the most promising bets - discovery, early prototypes, customer conversations. You ship early and learn fast.
Own AI use cases from discovery to rollout:
-
You define, prioritize, and ship AI features with clear success criteria. This doesn't run on a quarterly cycle - it runs on a weekly one. Launch, learn, adjust. Repeat.
Experiment hands-on with AI:
-
You don't rely on engineering to explain what a model can do. You prompt, test, evaluate outputs, and bring those insights directly into product decisions. You are a practitioner, not just a translator.
Turn market feedback into product iterations:
-
You run customer interviews, analyze usage data, and draw your own conclusions.
Build scalable products from validated bets:
-
You own the journey from first hypothesis to first paying customer - and you lay foundations that hold beyond the MVP. You think about scale while still moving at startup speed.
Align stakeholders around explicit trade-offs:
-
You keep Product, Design, Engineering, Management, and Go-to-Market aligned. You surface trade-offs explicitly rather than letting them fester. You set metrics for outcome, quality, and adoption.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS start up, consulting, or similar.
-
You have shipped products and product extensions from problem definition to launch. You are a frontrunner with AI tools. You recognize hallucinations, understand latency and cost trade-offs, and know when human-in-the-loop is non-negotiable.
-
You have a technical background or hands-on experiences with both software development as well as product metrics and are comfortable working with technical products and engineering-heavy teams.
-
You are experienced with building analytics, observability, reporting, or admin-facing products.
-
You communicate constantly and precisely, both in fluent German and English. You make decisions, stand behind them, and create clarity for the team - even when the answer is uncomfortable.
- ESOP: You participate in Alasco's long-term success.
-
AI-first, not AI-washed: We are building AI into the core of our product, not bolting it on as a feature.
-
