- You take overall technical responsibility for all projects within the Business Unit Boeing.
- You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams in alignment with the Vice President Engineering and the Business Unit Manager.
- You own the system architecture and define the technical solution strategy.
- You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams.
- You ensure compliance with all requirements regarding quality, cost, schedule, and risk.
- You are accountable for requirements management, system design, integration, and verification & validation.
- You prepare and lead technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR).
- You collaborate closely with project management, customers, partners, and certification authorities.
- You drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes, methods, and standards.
- As the ideal candidate, you hold a master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- You have more than 5 years of professional experience within aerospace development and technical leadership.
- You have basic understanding of EASA Certification Rules (CS25) and Part21J regulations.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- You show a high level of decision-making ability and excellent communication skills.
- You have experience in international projects; this is considered an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in English, and you benefit from additional German language skills.
