Your Mission
As a
Technical Architect – SAP Private Cloud, you are responsible for the
technical design of our SAP-based product line (ABAP / SAP BTP) within the guardrails defined by the Enterprise Architect.
You translate functional requirements into
scalable, high-performance, and maintainable architecture and solution designs, ensuring that our private cloud products are
technically excellent, future-proof, and aligned with standards.

Create High-Level Solution Designs (HLDs)

Translate them into structured:

Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
-
Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
Define-
Component architecture
-
Integration logic
-
Interfaces
-
Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles
-
Apply architecture guidelines defined by the Enterprise Architect
-
Define standards for:

Performance
-
Structure
-
Code quality
-
Actively reduce technical debt
-
Design for scalability and performance
-
Define non-functional requirements
-
Review and approve designs within the Architecture Board
-
Embedded within the Engineering function
-
Principal-level role, on par with the Enterprise Architect

Member of the Architecture Board

Fundamental technology decisions are made by the Enterprise Architect and CTO
-
Several years of experience as a Senior / Lead Architect in the SAP environment
-
Deep expertise in ABAP and SAP BTP
-
Experience with private cloud architectures
-
Strong understanding of performance optimisation
-
Experience with integration architectures
-
Strong assertiveness and review capability
-
Ability to document complex designs in a structured way
