Processing inquiries, requests for proposals, bid comparisons, purchase orders, schedule tracking, and invoice verification
Negotiating contractual terms such as delivery times, quantities, costs, and delivery terms
Analyzing the national and international procurement market and subsequently evaluating suppliers
Communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining master data
Here are your achievements to date:
A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, as well as initial professional experience in technical procurement
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, with an affinity for numbers, technology, and processes
Strong methodological skills, quick comprehension, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
