The "Governance and Security" project aims to sensitize and train all employees on key topics such as ISMS, data protection, IT architecture, data governance and AI. This creates a uniform understanding to ensure compliance with security standards and promote the responsible use of data, systems and AI.
Tasks:
- Independent consulting of the project management in the work process WP2 "Governance and Security" with a focus on IT governance, information security, data protection, IT architecture, data governance and artificial intelligence
- Independent coordination of the business and technical interfaces between ISMS, data protection, IT architecture, data governance, AI and implementation agency
- Analysis of existing IT governance structures, technical dependencies, interfaces, architecture specifications and security requirements in the project context
- Structuring and tracking of IT-related work packages, measures, open points and decision-making needs along defined project goals and milestones
- Independent preparation, organization and moderation of technical coordination appointments, architecture reviews, security coordination, workshops and interdisciplinary work rounds
- Consulting on the coordination of requirements from ISMS, data protection, data governance and AI with existing IT architecture and security specifications
- Assessment of technical risks, dependencies and need for action with regard to information security, data protection, data management, AI use and system architecture
- Preparation of IT status reports, technical decision documents, management summaries and recommendations for action for project management and stakeholders
- Independent progress monitoring of technical work packages as well as transparent preparation of risks, blockers, dependencies and escalation requirements
- Advice on the design of suitable reporting and control structures for IT governance, security, architecture, data and AI topics
- Technical coordination with the implementation agency on technical implementation status, open requirements, dependencies, risks and achievement of goals
- Ensuring a consistent flow of information between project management, IT teams, data protection, security, architecture, data governance, AI managers and external partners
- Independent documentation and preparation of results from technical coordination, workshops, architecture decisions, lists of measures and governance rounds
- Advice on the creation, structuring and maintenance of IT governance documentation, decision-making bases, action plans, status overviews and communication documents
- Identification of optimization potential in IT-side cooperation, control, documentation and coordination between the specialist and technical teams involved
- Establishing transparency about technical dependencies, system contexts, data flows, responsibilities, interfaces and security requirements
- Contribution of methodological expertise in IT project management, especially in IT governance, security management, architecture control, data governance, AI governance, progress monitoring and stakeholder communication
- Advice on suitable procedures, methods and structures for efficient processing of the topics of ISMS, data protection, IT architecture, data governance and AI in the project context
- Independent prioritization and structuring of the assigned consulting topics within the framework of the agreed project goals and work results
- Provision of services as an independent, independent consulting service without assumption of disciplinary instruction, line or personnel responsibility
Competences:
- Very strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills

- Strong professional experience in managing agile projects in a transformation environment
- Experience with SAP or commercial reporting tools (ideally Apptio) for project controlling
- Knowledge of the budget and ordering processes (ideally from our customer)
- Experience with the organization and processes of the IT network community is ideal
- Desirable: Experience with regional energy supply companies
- Languages: German and English fluent orally and in writing
