What you will do

Manage (own) the agenda and provide collaborative vetting of meeting requests

Detailed and independent travel management, handling of business and travel claims

Preparation of correspondence, presentations and file maintenance

Organize meetings and team meetings

Managing Market Communication and demo material, organization of events and support during tradeshows

Support Global Sales Operations with Global Trainings with GoToWebinar-tool and reporting of the trainings

Support Purchasing, IT and HR functions

Managing Munich office
What you will need
-
Commercial Apprenticeship/ Business Education with focus on Office Management
-
Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years in an international (executive) management assistant role

Strong, confident and clear communication skills

High dependability, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
-
Pro-active, independently working and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an international and fast-paced environment and knows how to set priorities

Computer skills - MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems

Very good knowledge of English and German in reading and writing. Other languages are a bonus
