AUFGABENBEREICH
Kleinere Reparaturen im Bereich Elektrik, Sanitär, Heizung, Türen, Fenster und Fußgängerwegen
Durchführung von Kontroll- und Wartungsarbeiten in und an Gebäuden sowie an Außenanlagen
Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten und Meldung von größeren Schäden
Überwachung der Reinigungsfirma
Ansprechpartner für die Hausmeister des Vermieters
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
Handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Installateur, Maler, Schlosser) von Vorteil, bevorzugt elektrische Ausbildung
Strukturierte und selbstständige und Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den MS-Office Anwendungen
Führerschein Klasse B
Bereitschaft zu fachspezifischen Fortbildungen
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung und handwerkliches Geschick
