1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8 years or more of progressive working experience in the semiconductor industry or a related high-tech industry. Significant experience in material and supplier quality management, in process integration, process module engineering, Fab operations, or chemical/physical material analysis.
3. Project Management: Leading projects with multidisciplinary, international teams and communicating effectively with high-level management.
4. Procedures and IT systems: ERP (SAP), Material Quality Management, including new material evaluation, SPC control, statistical data analysis, process change management, risk management, structured problem-solving, and supplier audits.
5. Certifications: Certified TS16949 supplier auditor is preferred.

7. Language: Fluent in English (company Language); German level B2 is a plus.
