Your Tasks
- Act as the interface to external accountants and tax advisors by preparing, reviewing and providing all relevant monthly accounting, invoicing and tax documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure efficient and accurate month-end closing processes.
- Review and analyze monthly financial reports, identify variances and coordinate necessary clarifications or corrections.
- Support operational purchasing and supplier communication, including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, master data maintenance and documentation.
- Contribute to the optimization of administrative, financial and procurement processes and support the implementation or maintenance of suitable tools and templates.
- Support the management team with day-to-day operations, organizational tasks and the execution of business priorities.
- Take responsibility for general office management and administrative duties.
Your Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or relevant practical experience is an advantage.
- Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Patient, detail-oriented and able to organize and execute work independently.
- Fluent German and English; Mandarin Chinese language skills are an advantage.
