Your mission

Execution of Social Audits using code of conduct standards or Social Compliance Initiative Audits such as SEDEX
-
Evaluation of working conditions, environmental aspects, health and safety, and business ethics
-
Communication with clients and, where applicable, their suppliers during audit preparation and follow-up
-
Close collaboration with our internal teams to ensure compliance with international standards
-
Lead training programs for new Auditors.
Your profile
-
Recognized qualification as a SMETA, APSCA, auditor or extensive experience in social/ethical audits

Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally related to labor law, sustainability, social sciences, or related fields

Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. SA8000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and management systems audits is an advantage

Willingness to travel (including internationally), reliability, and strong communication skills

Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
