You support users of our data ecosystem as first-level technical support, ensuring quick and reliable assistance with data-related queries

Building on this, you help manage access rights, roles and permissions within our data and analytics platforms, contributing to a secure and well-structured environment

Additionally, you assist in the ongoing development of our cloud-based data ecosystem by supporting backend services and APIs

To further drive innovation, you contribute to the implementation of business logic in the reporting backend and assist in prototyping GenAI use cases

Throughout all tasks, you collaborate closely with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently successfully studying Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field

Experience and Skills:

You are familiar with SQL and databases

You possess solid programming experience in Python; experience with other programming languages is a plus

You have an interest in cloud architectures, backend systems and data platforms, ideally with initial exposure to LLM-based systems and agent frameworks

Ways of Working: You are curious, reliable, result-oriented and passionate about data, automation and applied AI

Languages: Very good English skills are required
