Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced General Operative to join our team in Dresden. The GO will support M&E installation teams on a high-spec semiconductor construction project. The role involves assisting skilled trades, maintaining site cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and cleanroom standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Support M&E trades with installation activities
Transport and distribute materials across site
Prepare and maintain work areas for trades
Follow strict cleanroom and contamination control procedures
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness
Assist with unloading, storage, and internal movement of materials
Operate basic manual handling equipment
Adhere to all health & safety rules, including PPE and site protocols
Attend toolbox talks and follow supervisor instructions
Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
Key Skills and Competencies:
Experience on M&E or large-scale industrial projects
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
Exposure to cleanroom, pharma or semiconductor environments
Valid site certifications
Basic German or English language skills
Experience working on international or high-spec construction sites
