YOUR ROLE
As our Waiter/Bartender - Bar, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality. You will support the servivce within our bar operations, prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards, and act as an ambassador of the Rosewood brand. Through your passion for service and attention to detail, you will help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for and every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Monitor product quality and presentation to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to further enhance our beverage offerings and guest experiences.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

Completed vocational training and previous experience in a similar role within a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.

Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a strong host mentality.

Confident, professional, and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.

Very good written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service standards.

Flexible, creative, and highly team-oriented.
