For our Maileg office and showroom in Hamburg, we are looking for a structured and service-minded internal Sales and Showroom Coordinator to support our international sales organization and coordinate daily administrative and in-house tasks across multiple European markets.
This is a hybrid role combining sales, customer relationship management, and operational coordination. You will be the key point of contact for retailers, actively presenting our collections, building relationships, and driving sales through showroom presentations and daily interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the sales back‑office point of contact for the DACH and French markets (with occasional support for Italy, Spain, and Portugal)
- Lead and onboard customers through virtual showroom presentations for both new and existing clients. Drive sales by converting presentations and inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate and support retailers across the assigned regions
- Handle and follow up on B2C and B2B inquiries received by phone and email
- Translate content from English into German, including newsletters, collection descriptions, and documentation.
- Support the sales team in managing and developing existing customer relationships across multiple markets
- Coordinate order processing, invoicing, and payment follow‑up, and support the sales team with corrective actions when needed
- Participate in selected trade shows, including stand setup, product presentation, and active sales during the event
- Manage administrative tasks to support the Office Manager, such as stationery orders and mailings
- Provide backup support and replace Sales Coordinator tasks on an ad‑hoc basis when required
Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales coordination, administration, and back office support within both B2B and B2C environments
· Experience in lifestyle, design, or children’s products is considered an advantage
· Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with a structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
· Fluent German and English are required. A third European language (French, Spanish, or Italian) is highly desirable
· Passion for aesthetics, quality, and storytelling, combined with the ability to work closely with an international sales organization
· An excellent team player who is always willing to help and contribute to achieving common goals
The position is based at our office and showroom in Speicherstadt, Hamburg, and includes a 35-hour work week with working hours from 09:00 to 16:30 and flexibility outside these hours depending on tasks and business needs.
Occasional travel and participation in trade fairs may occur 1–2 times per year.
