Your Responsibilities
- Source truck drivers, welders, and skilled workers for Germany.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Support international recruitment and visa processes.
- Work with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Who Should Apply?
- This position is exclusively for students who are required by their university to complete a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as part of their Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Interest in HR, Recruitment, International Business, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent English (German is an advantage).
